Reservation Policy
Fri to Fri / Pet OK with Fee / No Smoking
Rental weeks begin on Friday, Sunday or Monday as indicated in each description. Partial weeks are available for some properties. During Peak season, there is a 3-night minimum, with reservations being accepted the week of the desired vacation date.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a reservation has to be cancelled, this must be done in writing and it is the guests' responsibility to verify that Century 21 Bay Reef Realty has received the cancellation letter. Every effort will be made to re-rent the cancelled period. If the period is re-rented and confirmed, the amount paid will be refunded less a $75 cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the canceled period, money paid will be forfeited. Transfers WITHIN THE SAME PROPERTY ONLY may be made from one week to another. Requests for transfers must be made in writing. Transfers are subject to Property Managers discretion on a case by case basis and may be disallowed. There will be a $75 transfer fee plus tax due before we can transfer your reservation.
